Palo Santo Sticks

3  3-4 inch Palo Santo Stick

For centuries Palo Santo has been used as a powerful cleansing tool to clear your mind, body, spirit and space of negative energy.  Many use the practice of smudging in new homes, cars, office space and for meditation.  Great for use along with different types of energy healing, especially crystal healing.  

How to use:

Light the your Palo Santo stick, allow it to burn for about 20 seconds before gently blowing the flame out.  If you are using it to clear a space, be sure to walk through your space clockwise allowing the smoke to enter the cracks and corners of the space.  If you are using this for yourself, hover the stick a couple of inches from your skin and wave it around your body.  

Once you are finished smudging, snuff the stick out in a fireproof container and reuse at a later date.
